Welcome to Naqme Elahi

Freedom, in the true sense of the word, means independence — standing on your own two feet. And to stand on your own feet means to trust in this existence, which has ever been and will ever be under the gaze of an eternal, everlasting Power. To trust yourself, purposefully, means to believe in God and then to investigate the truth.

The story of the divine Prophets is the greatest preoccupation of the human mind. In every age the Manifestations of God brought about great spiritual revolutions and shaped the destiny of humankind. Who is not familiar with these longings? Who has not heard of these mystical questions? Who does not long for ease, peace, and knowledge?

Truth and happiness, peace and liberating knowledge, are found in the Manifestations who appear in every age. His Holiness the Báb and Bahá'u'lláh are, beyond any doubt, the Manifestations of our own time. In this great, international university every soul may pursue and attain what the heart desires. The school of the Báb and Bahá'u'lláh is the greatest and most living liberator from a barren past and from imagined futures.

And this least of servants, Askari Yahyazadeh Khatir — who came into this world seventy-two years after the ascension of Bahá'u'lláh — in the midst of his life fell in love with Bahá'u'lláh and was immersed in the ocean of His teachings. It is now my hope and longing that, by establishing not merely this website but a true place of learning in this virtual space, I may present the discoveries of the Báb and Bahá'u'lláh to all.

Of what I have so far been able to draw up from the boundless ocean of Bahá'u'lláh's writings, two great books — the Íqán and the Book of the Covenant (Kitáb-i-'Ahd) — are offered here in both audio-visual and book form. I ask all of you, dear friends, to accompany and assist me in this weighty task, that together we may have a worthy share in conveying the divine Cause.
